2006 In Review
-Started with the most difficult decision of my life- the choice the leave NTS.
-Returned home and spent some time dealing with the prospect of what to do next.
-Took 2 classes during intersession at the uni and made two A's.
-From April through to August is what I like to call my "Party Phase"- I spent a lot of time going out and met a lot of people.
-I moved to my wonderful apartment in the middle of May.
-I went to Ontario and ran a summer school for six weeks in July and August- what was possibly the most stressful yet most educational experience of my life so far.
-I was extremely proud of my dad when he ran in the provincial election. (Even though he lost.)
-Took two classes this fall and made two more A's.
-Welcomed Cocoa to my home in September.
-Got a delightful new job in November, where I continue to work.
-Made new friends and reunited with old friends and discovered some people arn't what they appear to be.
Although perhaps not the most eventful year of my life, some major decisions were made and I have become more comfortable with who I am as a person and become incresingly better at monitering my depression and handling my emotions. My goal for the next year is to continue to be happy and not let depression sneak up on me and get the better of me. Also, to learn balance between work and play- too much of one is not good, and I have seen both extremes in the past couple years.
Goodbye 2006 and Hello 2007!
