If its the store I'm thinking of, I'd love to get a part time job there to get the employee discount. They've got some great stuff, but alas, I've got little money. :)

Marie Antoinette had amazing costumes and sets. The movie was also completely devoid of plot, story, emotion, suspense, mystery, action, humor or anything else that makes a movie like that interesting for more than 20 minutes. I thought I would die before it ended.

Jane Eyre is also horrible.

The end.

So, I quit the call center and got a job at a retail clothing store instead. The store is opening the middle of November, so I won't start working till then. (So if you know what new store is opening in the mall, than you know where I will be working... but I'm not going to say cuz I like to be careful when naming names.)

I've been busy working on school work. I am working on an essay right now where I am comparing the female friendships in Jane Eyre and Hard Times. It's a great topic, but I am having a bit of a hard time getting it together. I went to talk to my prof today about it, and I think I've got it figured out now. I also have an essay for Roman Myth to write for Monday, so it's going to be a busy weekend for me... *sniff sniff* no Halloween parties for me.

I went to see Marie Antoinette on Sunday. I wasn't really impressed... there were some creative ideas used in it, that I thought were done very half-assed- like the allusions to modern day and the use of modern music. It just didn't seem like the ideas were thought through all the way. I enjoyed the acting, and, naturally, the costumes and set (well, Versaille..) were awesome.

I watched Over the Hedge last weekend, and also Click. I really enjoyed Over the Hedge- very cute. I wasn't expecting much from Click, and I think it gave me even less than I expected. Meh, whatever.

Uugh... well, I have an essay to finish and supper to finish making...
