Meet Cocoa!
 So this is my new little rascal. Her pasttimes include chasing her tail, playing with her fuzzy ball, and waking me up at 6am by rubbing her wet nose on my face. She's a little cutie!
So school is going well... I had a group debate on Wednesday where I had to debate a topic related to the novel Joseph Andrews. I wrote the opening argument for my group, and the debate went really well. We ended up with an A which made me very happy. And yesterday I handed in my first essay in the class. I think my essay was pretty good... I worked hard on it, so I was proud of the final outcome.
I have to finish reading Metamorphses this weekend- I have less than a hundred pages left. It has been quite an enjoyable read- very fascinating to read these myths that have been around since centuries BC. Then I get to start the Aeneid. Bring on the great war epic!
I am still job hunting. I think there is a conspiracy against me in this city. I handed out about a dozen resumes this week, so hopefully I will get some bits on those early this week.
