In case you missed it a week or so ago when I recommended this recipie, I am again recommending this recipie for Stuffed Peppers. Even if you are not a big fan of peppers, because I'm not, I find that the roasted peppers taste totally different that fresh peppers.
This recipie going is going in my collection of classic recipies, it's that good.
I really love food, really, I do.
