Jenn is also seeing LotR in TO this summer. I'd love to see it. I know its not getting great reviews, but I hear that it is spectacular technically.

Will you be home to check out any of the TotE stuff? We've got some great things going on. The dance show is coming along really well!

I will now elaborate on my extremely short post I put up about half and hour ago, before I was booted out of my room and had to relocate to the computer lab in the basement.
So last night I went to see "Oliver!" again... I enjoyed it almost more this time than I did the first. I was in the orchestra section this time, as opposd to the balcony, and saw more details in the costumes and sets that I didn't notice before. It is a pretty good performance.... not as "wow" as some Stratford musicals I have seen, but very enjoyable nevertheless.
And the treat of my night was seeing Andrea!! She has come to Stratford for a vacation, and I got to meet up with her for a couple minutes before the show and at intermission. It was nice to see someone from home... I miss all my Saint John friends...
On another note, I just got myself a ticket to see "Lord of the Rings" on my way back through Toronto on the 14-15. I was debating on whether or not to put the money into a ticket, but I decided that, being the lover of technical theatre that I am, I should probably see it. I've heard from a technical point of view it is mindblowing. So I am pretty pumped... I splurged and got a really good ticket- third row middle of the Dress Circle. Whoo-hoo!
I've really started enjoying myself this week... even though I am burnt out like you wouldn't believe and some of the kids have major attitudes that are driving me insane. I know in some instances I am getting a little snappy with some of the kids, but honestly, how else can you keep 57 teenagers in line?
I can't wait until Sunday when 27 of them leave, and there are only 30 (plus 6 production students that arrive) students left for next week. That will be a breeze compared to this....
