To answer Colin's comment-question from the last post, I am working up here. I am the supervisor for a summer school for youth (13-18 year olds). I am here for six weeks. I am responsible for a lot of paper work type stuff, but I am also a den parent and responsible for helping look after the kids. There are currently 68 students here. It's been an interesting few days. I am really having a great time.
What's really nice about the job is, while the kids are in class from 9-5, I essentially have nothing to do. So I have taken lots of time to go shopping!! Which isn't necessairly good because I am supposed to be saving all the money I make. But oh well. I bought a pair of sandles yesterday (with good reason because the sandles I brought with me have been giving me blisters.) And I found a pair of light blue Doc Martins on sale for 50% off, so I am going to buy those today...
Yesterday I saw my first show of the season- Coriolanus. It was very well done, although I find the play itself to be a little tedious because it is so political.
I was just told that one of the classes are about to preform some little scenes they are putting together so I should go in and see them. Will update more later...
