Last night was one of those nights when I might have successfuly got about 3hrs of decent sleep. You know when something gets into your head and you just can't put it aside to fall asleep? It just keeps running over and over and over again in your mind... all the "what ifs" and suddenly you start self doubting youself, which only makes you sit and think more. It's days like this I wish I had more self-confidence.
