So I'm pretty excited that Jon Stewart is hosting the Oscars this year. I hope I can see them.... I brought my atenna up from SJ so I now get CTV on my TV. It's nice... I'll get to watch Jepordy now...
I went out to a bar downtown called Brewtopia. There was a band playing... it was a good time. I went with Jessi (a friend from SJ) and met one of her co-workers and a couple other girls. It was nice to meet new people and just get out and have some harmless fun that didn't end in drunkeness. We missed the last metro, so I ended up walking up Rue-St-Denis at 1:30... it was good and refreshing. There is some revitilizing about walking that time of the night in the middle of winter. Somehow it just feels peaceful...
I just had supper with Jeremy- one of my classmates. I made some good ol' fashioned potatoes, carrots and fried steak with onions. Boo-yeah! We had a good chat about school. He understand my decision to drop out. I am just really scared about what I am going to do for sure when I leave NTS... I realize I can have my choice of anything, but it will just be so strange.
...and I must get some university appliciations in for next fall...
