8 days until Christmas Vacation!
Yes... the countdown is on. I am on the home stretch... I will be coming home a week from tomorrow....
This past week was pretty easy... I basically had tech adjust every morning from 9-1ish... which meant doing a bunch of little things to the set and the lighting rig and such.
I learned how to sauder in Sound class.... it was pretty cool. Although the smell of the lead from the sauder is horrible. Next semester we are going to be making a little box to test cables.
Technical Drawing class was awesome... out coach took us out for beers. I ended up drinking more than I expected to that evening. Good times...
Went Christmas shopping yesterday. Didn't end up buying anything, so it was a pretty unproductive afternoon of Christmas shopping. But I found some things I liked... and considering the stores I saw them at are like within a ten minute walk from my apartment, I can easily go back.
Well, I need to do laundry. And dishes. And get groceries. And I have a Christmas party to go to this afternoon. Lots to do.
