Yesterday was a long, albeit good, day. The morning consisted of a uber quick and concentrated history of the world starting at the Greeks and getting as far as the 17th century. It is all review for me, so I was tossing out questions and comments throughout the class which made it lots of fun.
Then we had class with Norbert which basically consisted of an reflection on the past couple weeks and going over what has been happening. It was an easy couple hours. Then we had Technical Drawing and and Introduction to Set Design with Chris. I love Chris- he's so awesome. So this class was just super enjoyable for me, and I learned a lot of valuable information about drafting sections and the basics of set design.
I am mystified at how this happened, but this morning, while I was sound asleep at about 4:30am, my hairdryer turned on. It startled me and I jumped out of bed. The only thing I can figure is when I used it yesterday morning I didn't actually turn it off, I just left the botton sorta stuck between "Hi" and "Low", and it just slipped on.
Or there is a ghost.
Now- homework. The story of my life. The bain of my existance. However, I have all weekend to finish it, because by some miracle, our classes all got cancelled for this weekend (to be rescheduled later), so I actually have a full TWO DAY weekend! Which will be good if I get a cat this weekend, cuz I will have lots of time to get it adjusted to my place. Again- more on the cat when I find out the details. Which is especially good because a lot of the cats this rescue league has have been neglected and abused, or left outside homeless, so I want to make it feel loved.
