Ah-ha! Eureka! I'm finally realizing why directors like directing... it's so wonderful to see your ideas come to life before your eyes!! Well... at least it will come to life when I block the curtain call this evening, because I just got a brilliant idea. (I know... normally directors don't worry about curtain call till they're in the theatre, but I want to do something different, which could potentially take practise.) I mean... who says curtain calls have to be simple... plus when you're playing jazz nothing can be simple.
