whoo-hoo! Finally, a decent summer job. I went to the interview at the Riverside Golf and Country Club yesterday morning and met with the golf pro, and one of the guys that works at the pro shop. The pro said he'd give me a call before the day was out to let me know what he could offer me for a job. So not even two hours later he called me and offered me a 40hr/week job at a sweet wage. (I'm so tired of min wage jobs... it's amazing the difference a couple dollars can make.) I'll be working in the pro shop- mostly fitting golf shoes and clothes, and doing retail sales. Nothing I haven't done before. So- yeah! I start May 2. I might still work one shift a week at Coles... we'll see. It depends on what my manager and I can compromise on. And compromise isn't exactly part of her vocabulary.
Somehow I've gotten sick again. I spent almost all last week sick, and then I got better, and now I'm sick again- stuffed up like crazy!!!!!!! Sniff Sniff... it sucks. I hope I feel better to stop by Lisa's tonight... even if it is just for one drink.
I might go see Melinda and Melinda tomorrow afternoon- If I feel okay. Anyone want to join me?
