humm... I should probably try to update more often... oh well.
well, the job hunt is going. last week i dropped off resumes at boston pizza, swiss chalet, and mikes. I had interviews at mikes (which went really bad... she didn't ask me anything, I was there for about 5 minutes) and swiss chalet (which went well). however, I have heard nothing further... I might check back in at swiss chalet this weekend. so i dropped off more resumes today... lemongrass, d'amicos, ale house, and dooly's here on the west side. the ale house lady seemed to like me- we chatted for a couple minutes, and I told her how I loved mixing coffee drink and I've always wanted to try bartending, and I think she liked the genuine enthusiasm I had... at first she was like "we might be giving you a call", and then as I was leaving she said, "you can expect a call" with a sort of encouraging smile attached to it. and the manager at dooly's has done makeup with the sjtc so I think she might be keen on interviewing me as well. i walked in and she said "where do I know you from? as soon as you smiled I remembered you from somewhere." (I like it when people remember me because of my smile!! I actually have it written in my cover letter "I love to smile!")
anyway- otherwise my life is pretty calm. I've got shit for hours at coles. (hence the intent job hunt.) ive been sick for about a week now... although it's starting to go away now. just have my exam tomorrow and im finished my first uni course!! who-hoo!!
im playing the waiting game with nts. I got my completed project sent in... i figure I should hear back in about a month.
im co-asming sunshine boys (speaking of which, I probably should be working on the props list...)
thats about all of any excitment that's been happening with me...
