1. What time did you get up this morning? Around 8:20- no work or school today!
2. Diamonds or pearls? Diamonds are a girl's best friend!
3. What was the last film you saw at the cinema? The Wedding Date
4. What is your favorite TV show? I (like almost everyone else who filled this out) don't watch much tv. I usually watch Family Guy reruns before I fall asleep. I love Buffy, although I didn't catch on to it until after it ended, and so I watched it all on DVD. I usually watch movies instead of tv anyway- commercial free!
5. What did you have for breakfast? I splurged this morning and had french toast, orange juice, and coffee... I'm about to go find some left over cookies that are hidden in the freezer!
6. What is your middle name? Beth
7. What is your favorite cuisine? It's cliche, but I'm a pizza fan. And salads (esp. greek). And I have an enormous sweet tooth!
8. What foods do you dislike? I don't care for baked beans, green pepper (unless it's cooked in something)... I don't eat hot dogs or anything else that I can't determine what it's made of. Usually I'll eat pretty much anything- there are lots of things I would rather not eat, but I will when forced to.
9. What is your favorite chip flavor? I don't eat chips. But when I do, it's light pringles. If they didn't have any fat in them, I would eat Ketchup Lays all the time. And I like doritoes.
10. What is your favorite CD at the moment? CD? what's a CD? oh, one of those things I haven't bought since I was in Grade 6.
11. What kind of vehicle do you drive? A Ford Focus that's been through a ditch, and over a deer. (The ditch wasn't me... the deer was- but it was already dead when I ran over it.)
12. Favorite sandwich? I really like club sandwiches.
13. What characteristics do you despise? Egotism, arrogance...
14. Favorite item of clothing? Jeans. I love jeans. And my leather coat. And the three scarves that I bought in Camden Town for 1 pound each!
15. If you could go anywhere in the world on vacation, where would you go? I really want to go back to Switzerland, and Prague, and Italy (I didn't get to see Rome or Florance...). And Eastern Europe- that will probably be my next trip. I would like to backpack through South America and Africa someday, but not till I'm a little older and more experienced.
16. What color is your bathroom? Burgendy.
17. Favorite brand of clothing? Whatever's on sale- good quality and cheap.
18. Where would you retire to? Uh... I'm nineteen. I'm still figuring out what I want to do.
19. Favorite time of day? Probably morning... sitting down and drinking a coffee.
20. What was your most memorable day? Someday when I was in Europe... My first full day in Switzerland would rival for the top spot.... I got up early (around 6:30) and sober, ate breakfast (yoghurt, granola, orange juice...), then walked about an hour with my pack on to a cable car that took me up to Gimmerwald, a small villiage halfway up the side of a mountain. I didn't have any idea what I was doing, so I found a small pension where I had a cup of coffee while staring out over the valley. The sun was strong, and the air was so fresh. I decided to stay at a hay barn... I dropped off my stuff, then started up the side of the mountain to Murren. It was a terribly difficult hike, but amazing nevertheless. Up a field then through some woods and into a pasture... Then I wandered through Murren (a more resort like town- lots of hotels). I stopped on a bench and munched on some food. (although a fly flew into my banana... it was disgusing- I almost ate the fly.) Then I took a cabel car to the top of the Schilthorn- 3000m. At the top there was a revolving restaurant (it's blown up in the 007 movie On Her Majesty's Secret Service). I wandered around the outside- mountains on every side. Amazing. Breathtaking. I started talking to a guy who worked with space travel and design stuff... He explained it to me, I pretened I understood. I don't remember now. We had a coffee in the revolving restaurant. It was cool. Then I started to hike down the mountain..... Hahahaha... it was so streep I thought I was going to die! I decided to catch the cabel car down the rest of the way. I walked back down to Gimmerwald. I was so tired, and I hadn't been wearing sun screen so I was getting a bit of a burn. I went back to the pension and met a couple from Seattle. They shared their fondu with me. mmmmm... it was good. Then we met at the bar. We drank beer, and played cards- rummy I think. There were people playing music... it was great fun. I cracked open a Lindt chocolate bar. I won the card game... Then I went back to my straw barn and went to sleep.
21. Where were you born? Woodstock, NB.
22. Favorite sport to watch? I don't... although I usually get stuck watching the Masters with my mom and dad. I watched the Olympics while I was away... it was amusing only because all the Aussie's were freaking out. I just said... meh, it's a Summer Olympics, Canada will suck.
23. What fabric detergent do you use? Liquid Tide
24. Coke or Pepsi? Either, I'm not fussy. I don't drink it often enough to matter.
