I feel flippin miserable. Not that this is any different than any day over the past two weeks. I'm cursed with an awful cold, complete with coughing, nose blowing, sore throat, and really badly swollen glands. I do have some anti-biotics now- so hopefully I will feel some improvment early in the week. If not, guess what!?, my dr wants to do a mono test on me! Arn't I so fucking lucky! He doesn't think it is, because I'm still staying really active through my cold, but you never know. So don't drink after me. (And I suddenly feel really bad for anyone of the many people I shared drinks with on my trip... although it was probably one of them that gave it to me... grr...)
So with any luck I will be better in no time, and it won't be mono, it will just be a nasty cold. Let's all keep our fingers crossed!
Um... yesterday I got my photos in a album. I still have to finish labeling them, but it's on its way to being done. I also made supper last night- fennel stirfried in butter and a little basalmic vinegar and tomatoes thrown in tossed with whole wheat pasta. Fairly healthy, altough as an after thought I don't know why I used butter instead of olive oil. I guess I was feel decadent. I also made reverse chocoalte chip cookies (chocolate dough with white chocolate chips- yum!) And mom and I drank my $3 bottle of pink champagne from Barcelona. It was yummy! And honestly, it was pretty decent stuff- that's what I love about Europe, cheap does not equal bad!
Now I gotta go get ready for work.... grr... I hate work.
