Wow... and I'm back. It's hard to believe that two weeks have gone by. Yes, I got hit by the blackout. Luckily we were only without power for a relativly short time (from like 5-10). However, it did mean that the theatres were closed and I didn't get to see "Quite In The Land". However, I saw "Present Laughter" and "Pericles". I LOVED "Pericles"!!!!! And man, Johnny Goad is some hot... and Tom Marriot is amazing.... and it was just plain wonderful altogether. And Brian Bedford was wonderful in "PL".
I stage managed for the Musical Theatre classes show on Saturday morning. It was fun calling the cues... it made me feel important. The show went fairly well- the class did a wonderful performance, considering they put it together in two weeks!
Today was a fucked up day, to say the least. I found out this morning, while waiting for my flight in the toronto airport with my mom, that Justin wrecked our car last weekend. And we might be putting the house up for sale. Grrrrr.....
The good news is I saw the guy I mentioned in the earlier post... the one with whom I've been flirting around with.... and he's just so sweet! He gave me a little note today saying how much he had missed me while I was gone. It was so wonderful!
