Uugh... what a day. The morning was fine... till quarter to nine when my Gram got into a car accident. And I had to be at work for nine... so insanity hit then. My Gram is okay- she got smacked in the side by a car that ran a stop sign, and it made her go sideways and hit a fire hydrant and a tree (right by the West Side Sobeys). She's a little bruised up, and has a bit of a cut by her eye where her glasses broke, but other than being sore she'll be fine. Oh, and to make things even better- today was her 70th Birthday- so what a Happy Birthday, eh? We had a BBQ for her tonight with my aunts and uncles and cousins. Yummy carrot cake for dessert.... :)
Work was fucking insane- there was a cruise ship in... that explains it all. Tomorrow should be fun as well... Hurrah! Although I'm definitely not complaining- I perfer it to be busy- it makes the time go fast.
I think my plans are set to go to Mount Katahdin on the 19th and 20th. I called my friend from Hartland this evening, and he said that it's okay with him. So marvellous.
So things have been exciting enough for one day... I'm going to bed now- have a long day at work ahead of me tomorrow. So I'll say this now and get it over with:
