The button has been pressed... I watched the full production of Art last night- and really enjoyed it. I found it a little bit draggy near the end... but then again I was extremely tired so it might have been just me. I wanted to go to the cast party afterwards, but I was too tired, so I just went home to bed instead.
Work went fine yesterday... I found out that they are looking for someone to work part time at The Baking Stone. I talked to the manager and she told me the situation- they hired a part time girl, but she got a tatoo on her foot (or ankle?) and it got infected, so she has had to take time off, and the manager is uncertain when she will be back. And consiering it's just the manager and her daughter that work at the store, that makes it a lot of hours for just two people to work- plus she has to go away next weekend and such, so they desparetly need another person. I told her I was interested, and I've got to throw together a resume and do the professional thing tomorrow, and at that time she will have a better idea of how bad the other girl's foot is, and when she might be back.
I know that it might lead to some chaotic scheduling between Java Moose and Baking Stone- but i think I could manage it.... considering Sharon isn't giving me many hours a all right now (I'm not in at all until next Saturday.... which kinda pisses me off...). And I would perfer it over Blockbuster.... I far perfer day shifts to evening shifts.
Either way, I'm going to stop by Blockbuster today, and Baking Stone tomorrow, so I should have a better idea what's going on shortly.
Not much else worth mentioning is going on... work is occupying most of my mind right now- trying to get jobs and sort things out.... I've been thinking a lot about other stuff too... such as school... but I don't feel like writing about it...
