I had a good trip to Hartland... mom and I went up Wednesday morning... my Gram made me lots of goodies... coconut cream pie, molassas cookies, raisin brown bread, cherry pie... mmm... everything we so yummy! It was a relaxing visit... lots of sitting and talking and eating.... Mom and I did go over to Houlton, Maine, for an hour or so on Thursday where I found The Simpsons Clue (Which ended up being about ten dollars cheaper than in Canada- even with the money exchange). I also got one of my friends a birthday present. And we picked up some ice cream... Some Ben and Jerry's From Russia with Buzz- it's a mix of coffee ice cream with chocolate liquor and dark coffee ice cream with espresso chocolate bits in it. Talk about delicious!
Then we came home on Friday... and, hurrah hurrah, my brother came back! (Yes, that's called sarcasm). So... I was pissed. Nevertheless I forgot about everything while I was at work today... and it was sooooo busy! There was an anti war demonstration uptown today, and the market was packed! from about 10-3:30 Lindsay and I never stopped... it was truly insane. Now I'm home... I've gotta get ready to go out to supper... all the Java Moose people are going to Suwanna's for supper tonight. I've never been there before, but I've always wanted to go.
And that's just about it... I'm just trying to hang in there...
