Fuck fuckfuck! I feel like I live in a constant teen movie where I constantly develop stupid pointless crushes on guys. Okay you can all make your own speculations about this- whop-dee-doo, but the fact is it drives me nuts!
Anyway- to overview the rest of my day... had the Rememberance Day assembly this morning... I, well, don't particulary enjoy those assemblies, considering they always sneak in a good deal of Christian religious stuff- hymns, prayers and some scripture. I don't like haveing this forced in my face.
After the assembly, I made my way to the gym to work out during my lunch. Another good workout- althought I was almost late getting back to class. As a matter of fact, when I ran into the classroom, my face was completely flushed, and my shirt was half un buttoned (luckily it's a crazy shirt and the buttons are at the shoulder, hence it didn't reveal anything). One of my friends asked me "were you just raped in an alley?" Then I explained the workout, and not having enough time to fully dress myself.
Got my home report- 91.3% average- yippie! 89% in French (wow! I thought it would be low eighties...) and 92% in Fine Arts (okay, I actually thought this would be higher... I mean it's a bird course for crying out loud!). Then the 91 in Physics and 93 in English.... Yee-haw. I don't know how I pulled this off... I mean, I have barely been doing homework! Meh, oh well, all that matters is that it's high honours and I should be able to snag some scholarships if I keep it up.
This evening I hung out with Ariane and Lydia. Oh it was amusing wandering around McAllister Place with Lydia... we were pondering Cabaret dresses- searching for something little, red, and whorish for me. Hehe... We thought some fishnet tights would go well too! Then we got some hot chocolate... then just hung out at my place and chatted... good ol' girl chat... :o) Which is probably why this latest crush has got under my skin so bad because I was talking about him... Gah.... oh my life is a horrible monotonous teen movie....
One thing that pissed me off this evening was that my boss asked me to work every Saturday, since we're double staffing on Sat now. So I'm working next Sat.... but I'm also supposed to be working The Miracle Worker backstage... Why do things have to happen to cause stress for me! Plus, I don't know how I'm going to be able to handle the next week of crazy insane midnight rehearsals. sigh Why is life so uncontrollable?
