There's something seriously wrong with getting up at six-thrity in the morning to go swimming... regardless, I am up, at six-thirty planning on leaving for swimming as soon as I finish my cereal and grab my towel and goggles. This is the second morning in a row I have gone... it's agonizing getting up... but then again it does feel good to swim... although my endurance is miserable and my strokes look atrocious. Oh well, I know the only way to get better is to work at it!
