I think I'm going to freak out, and it's only the second day of school. First and foremost, the halls are f***ing insane!!!!! There are over 1200 students in my school (Saint John High School) this year, and it is impossible to move in the halls. I came down the stairs from the forth floor heading to the second and it was an absolute mob of people- there was no space inbetween people, it was just like a big vat of brainless bodies getting slowly pushed along through the halls. Maybe I'll just put on roller blades someday and just let the mob take me down the hall so I don't actually have to move. That might just work... Of what would work also is if they put in those like conveyer belts that move people down the halls- like in major airports (like the Toront airport for example). Thay way no one actually has to move.
I was amused when talking to this girl who just transfered from KVHS to SJHS this year... she said (in regards to the people at SJHS compared to KVHS) that "the guys are all disgusting pigs" and "all the girls give [her] dirty looks". I just grinned on the inside and said, "well, welcome to Saint John High." I'm sorry, but that is the blunt truth about SJHS... take it or leave it. High school is not supposed to be a pleasure, in my opinion. Just let her be warned that SJHS doesn't particulary like KVHS (although I personally don't give a rat's ass about the school rivalrys)... and that she shouldn't be expecting the same style of school...
On a good note about today... in English we are starting off with "MacBeth" my favourite Shakespeare play! Yeah! :-)
