Good luck Marathon-By-The-Sea runners! This morning I am watching the marathon runners as they go by my house on Manawagonish Road. They pass here twice, before and after they turn around at Ocean Westway. I'm at the 21 mile mark, so the runners are generally pretty tired out by the time they pass back by. They're doing an awesome job, and I admire people who have the stamina to run the full marathon. Yesterday morning at work I seved a couple from North Carolina- he is here the run the full marathon, and she the half. They said they like to come north for running because it's cooler- although the past couple days, he said, haven't seemed any cooler than where they're from! Also, last night, I served a Xerox employee who said there are one hundred Xerox people who are running today. Awesome!
