Today was supposed to be a boring day for me... but that changed very quickly at nine thirty this morning when I was called into work. (Which I welcomed because I really want the hours.) At work it was extremely hot, and an elderly gentleman actually passed out in the seating space at Java Moose in the City Market. Therefore we called the ambulance and they had to take the man to the hospital. However during this all I was working straight out serving really annoying customers who questioned this and that and didn't like what they had ordered and so forth. All the little things that annoy the hell out of me. It was insane.
As well, I had started making bread that morning before worked called me, so my mom was (luckily) able to punch down the bread and put it in tins for me. However I had to go home immediately after work and put it in the oven. Now the bread is cooked, and it's delicious! There is nothing better than fresh, homemade raisin brown bread... mmm....
Ahhh... and now, finally I had the oppertunity to sit down and relax for a couple seconds. My day may not seem that crazy, but if you had lived it you would be running around in circles too. Oh yeah, and on top of this all, today is my father's birthday... so happy birthday dad!
